After using this, I found a small additional effect on top of what would normally be expected- But it was so minor I think I might be overly generous in attributing the effect to the pill rather than the situation

I honestly can't say I found they made much difference.I don't really have any problem as a rule so it's not really a fair test of their effects.They do seem to give a bit of a boost to proceedings but it's entirely possible that's as much the power of suggestion as anything else.I've not experienced any unfortunate after effects to the stomach or any other side effects so that a plus.I do think these are a little highly priced compared to many other similar products, whether that's justified I guess is down to whether you think they use better quality ingredients than[ the others, the packaging isn't anything special so one would hope the price is going toward good things in the pills.At the end of the day if any effect they have is down to the ingredients and the recipe the manufacturers use, or whether it's just the power of suggestion is pretty much irrelevant.Who really cares what causes any beneficial effects, as long as they are there that's all that matters.
