Great product, I'll buy again, already bought 2 times. It tastes bad, but I put it in my coffee, only the last very small amount of coffee, make sure it's hot so it can melt off the spoon. Then I drink juice afterwards. I drink it because it's healthy and gives me some energy.

Works just like described

So I wanted some thing that would help with the Mommy Pooch and this helps wonderfully I noticed a difference two days into taking it. My stomach looked flatter. I’m going to recommend it to my friends, but I am going to tell them that they’re going to need to plug their nose when they take it. Or dilute it in a drink that is more overpowering than this taste. Now, if you like the taste of caviar or any type of fish like fish oil, then you’re OK cause it’s not going to taste that bad for you. If you’re lucky, you don’t have taste buds and you’re good. I am extremely sensitive to taste and smell and oh good golly no. Other than that, I like it say that there’s oil in it but if there is, it’s probably olive oil cause that’s kind of what it smells like. Which is a natural laxative people if you go to Starbucks They put a little and everyone’s drinks. Well, the one by me does cause I’ve got friends that work there.Other than that, happy shopping

I like this product, but it is sold with 1.05 oz. in what appears to be a 2 oz. jar. Upon opening, the jar is half full. I would be more satisfied, getting a full jar and paying a little more, than opening a jar that is half full.

I've been taking this every morning for 3 weeks. I mix 1/16 of a teaspoon (approximately 600mg) with 6oz warm to hot water and stir for about 30 seconds. Once the spoon is clear, I add 2 oz of cold water from my fridge to cool it down.I have noticed an increase in clarity/focus. I have also noticed that I have more stamina when working out. This is the little boost I was looking for to get through my busy days and stay motivated during the cold, dark days of winter. The effects aren't miraculous, but noticeable.The taste is not bad but has an earthy flavor, like the smell in the woods after a lot of rain. I mixed it with my morning coffee at first, but it changed the flavor too much so I switched to just water. It is a small bottle, so I was doubtful that it would last 2 months as advertised, but nearly a month in, I have been surprised.The resin is very thick and sticky, so I didn't like using the measuring sticks (2) that were included with the packaging. Using a small measuring spoon makes it much more accurate and clean. Also, there were no directions or examples to follow (That's why I'm writing this review) so I wasn't sure I was getting the correct amount.I will finish this bottle, wait the recommended 2-3 weeks and buy again.
