Purchased several other cords and no tangle devices before this one and they worked for a short period or didn't fit the phone receiver. However, this one has been great! So far so good! Normally the phone cord on the office phone would become very tangled and knotted. I would need to replace often. After awhile, the plastic coating on other cords would almost seem brittle and not very flexible, this cord feels very high quality. The swivel connector that allows the cord to rotate freely without tangling works exactly as advertised and perfectly fits the older model NEC switchboard phone our office still uses. Very pleased and thankful for this purchase!

The cords appear to work pretty well as I think my phone had an internal short at the connection of the base. When I changed out the cord I still had a problem so it's not the cord but the phone base hookup. Had to replace the phone

I have bought a few for my work phone. Works great for thr first month, thrn the line gets static. I can't hear the person on the phone. So that's why I keep buying them. Best does work. Keeps it from not getting tangled.

Had high hopes this would solve the curly cord problem. However, constant clicking happens while on a call. Have to hold it in a certain position to stop the clicking, which defeats the purpose. Even tried switching them, but the same thing happens.
