Excellent coffee cup
This is an excellent coffee cup but unfortunately I had to return one of the cups because it arrived broken. A call to customer service quickly replaced the cup which arrived intact but unfortunately the packaging was disgraceful almost no protection whatsoever and no fragile tape on the box. All this was completely unacceptable and products like this should be packaged properly

Very pleased with this product, it was a Christmas present for my husband and i had searched the shops for one but with no luck.He had been given his coffee in a cup like this at a hotel we stayed and had commented on how he liked it so I was so pleased when it arrived well in time for Christmas, very well wrapped. Thank you.
