Love this tracking device. Technology is something else. It took us a minute to find where to plug in charger. But we finally did. Easy to program. Love and had the chirping sound. Maybe if it were music 😂. Yet very grateful to hear the birds.

I had such high hopes for this product. My son is always misplacing his wallet and Tile tiles you have to be right on top of it for the tile to sing out. First finding and hooking up the USB port in the wallet was not easy. The cable did not want to seat properly in the wallet but eventually I got it to charge. As soon as I took the charging cable away it died. This after having it charge all night. Then I could not get it to sync, despite it having a full charge. I called tech support and they walked me through a few techniques and we got it to chirp and flash blue. But it never connected to the phone. Tech support determined it was not functional and then told me I could go to any FedEx and drop it off. That’s great if you can walk but I am disabled. I finally decided to just eat the money on the item but will not be shipping from this company again . The wallet was nice, leather seemed to be well out together. It just didn’t do what I bought it for.

The media could not be loaded. Great for a husband who has lost phones and several wallets lol. The charge was fast, quality of wallet good and priced reasonable

I may have posted a review on this one already, but this could be a follow up. This is a fantastic concept! Though they advertised that the product works on an ANDROID device, the Software required IS NOT AVAILABLE on Google Play or any other prominent platforms. Nonetheless, they do have the software at their site: softonic.comI was nervous about where the pointer was showing the site, but heck, I had this cool Wallet already. Turns out, thus far there are no issues with the product or application. I do monitor when location is allowed just because.Great product and features. I hope this comes back up on Google Play or Galaxy so there is comfort (and more ease) in completing the process.

Definitely worth the buy. You’ll spend more than asking price to replace ids and other stuff you have in your wallet especially if you leave cash. This doesn’t let me go more than 10 feet from my phone or wallet without it letting me know. Very glad with this wallet

the service was super but the quality of the item is poor. I had received the replacement but it stops working again. It lost connection all the time.

I bought this wallet and a few days later it rang during a meeting at work and everyone thought it was a big beefy bottom burp. Everyone at work now calls me Bottom Burp Bill even in the lunchroom. I tried slicking my hair way back and wearing only the best shirts from Dan Flashes with the most complicated designs but that didn't help. Buyer beware.

I lost my wallet which is a pain. Canceled credit cards and replacing insurance and health cards all of which is concerning. Lucky so far, no one has tried to steal my identity or use the credit cards.Bought this wallet so I could find it or alarm if I left it somewhere. It just doesn't work. The instructions for the app is written in broken English and difficult to follow. Besides, the instructions doesn't match the app. The find me feature just doesn't work and their is no way for it to work. That said, the material and work-men-ship of the wallet is well made. Most likely, a well made wallet would be a better buy.
