I’m starting to make Chocolates for holiday treat boxes that I give to friends and to local businesses.The plain ones in the picture are Maple Cream; the ones with dried raspberries on top are Mixed Berry Cream; the ones with the dried apricots on top are Apricot Cream.These are super time consuming and easy to break as you remove them from the chocolate molds. My experience is that you need to chill them well and then let them sit at room temp for a few minutes before attempting removal. Also, manually pull at the sides of each well to individually loosen the chocolates. Then push them out gently.iPractice makes perfect. And when you get it right, the chocolates are impressive.

Very happy with purchase! The size is perfect. Held up through 2 runs through the dish washer and were easy to clean. I will say, be careful not to overfill as it makes it a bit difficult to pop them out. Would buy again!

The media could not be loaded. I found a tutorial in IG how to make boozy eyeballs, and this is the mold they used. It works great!

I purchased these for candy making. I have made homemade truffles and truffle chocolate covered cherries. They worked great for the truffles and not too bad for the cherries either. The cherries that did crack were more my fault, because they weren't filled as full as the ones that didn't crack. I found them extremely easy to use and they cleaned up super easy. Great item for the value.

These Molds are not ideal for truffle making. I had to return them for that reason. The quality and everything else about them was perfect.

Perfect, the size just right size for chocolate covered cherries, unlike the first one I bought, I cannot use it for chocolate covered cherries because was too small, but this one is perfect. Thank you so much.

It was much smaller than I thought it would be. Works great and is easy to use though.

Perfect size and easy to clean, for truffles I can do a lot at a time just pour in the mold put in freezer or fridge no more rolling truffles this is the way. They are all the same size. I have purchased a couple sets. I looked everywhere for some of these and these are the best for your buck...
